Time to get away in this 3rd floor Havens unit with elevator access. Relax with all the comforts of home in this newly renovated condo with views of the 11th hole of the Greg Norman golf course. This resort style villa offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and sleeps 6 with free parking steps from secure entrance. The third floor ensures that there will be no one above you making noise.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, master bath suite, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet and a desk for any remote work needs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, twin size bed, 55" smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space. The second bath is located in the adjacent hall conveniently located just outside second bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the closet adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has an additional 55" smart TV with plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy their favorite movie, play games or just relax. A sleeper sofa for additional accommodations is located in the bonus room. Enjoy your morning coffee, read that favorite book or just kick back with a cocktail in the quiet surroundings of the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well appointed with everything a family needs for those stay at home meals.

Outside your condo, a world of vacation fun awaits at Barefoot Resort! Beat the heat with a refreshing dip in The Havens community pool as well as the saltwater pool at Barefoot Resort's North Tower, one of the largest pools in South Carolina. Easy check in process. The host has great communication and responds quickly. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. A big plus to this third floor condo is that it has an elevator. Close to many attraction and restaurants. Hope to be back again!

Amazing stay

The condo was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very easy. The cable TV was by far the best up to date system I have ever seen. The furniture, beds and bathrooms were superb. The area was awesome as well. We will stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

Your condo was clean, except for the porch needed to be vacuumed. The condo was spacious and the amenities you provided were great. The full size washer and dryer was used frequently. The pool was nice and getting to the beach was easy. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Condo!

This condo was exquisitely furnished and immaculately clean, you don't see this in most rentals here at Barefoot. Over the years I have stayed in Barefoot over 10 times and this is absolutely the best that I have stayed in! Communication with the owner was timely to get any answers to questions that arose, other owners respond but not as quick, you are not left hanging! When I look at everything about my stay, this was definitely the best yet and I will be using this as my top choice!

Beautiful 3rd Floor Condo w/Elevator Access

Because we don’t do steps we were looking for a 1st floor Barefoot unit. But this 3rd floor condo with elevator access was even better. We found it tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with comfortable furniture and beds, all the necessary appliances, great wireless, and three large smart TVs with cable access. A shady, comfortable, private screened-in porch was the perfect chill-out spot for our two week stay. We hope to return.

This property is amazing. We've been coming down to Myrtle for 14 years now. We've always tried to stay in other places just to get a feel. But when we booked Bobs property back in 2022, we stopped looking! We just got back from our 2024 vacation and before we left town, booked this property for our 2025. The condo is spacious, decorated tastefully and very well taken care of. 3 - BIG screens. Living room and each Bedroom. It's an extremely quite area of the complex. This is our third year, and up until now, we were actually thinking that nobody else lived there. We saw other people this year. But still very comfortable and quite. Bob has been great with our check ins and reaching out to us if we had any questions. Thanks again Bob for a great stay. June 2025 can't come fast enough.

Excellent Host and Excellent Property

We are a Senior couple from Nova Scotia Canada. We have been travelling to North Myrtle Beach for 13 years. We have always stayed in Barefoot and have stayed in many different sections including Edgewater, Ironwood, Wedgewood, Willow Bend and Arbor Trace. Our two month stay at The Havens was one of our best experiences, both related to the quality and cleanliness of the accommodations and the excellent interaction with the host and owner of this property. This property presents itself exactly as advertised. All the amenities in this condo are first class. It is well equipped for longer term stays. The owner was so helpful with everything from flexibility with our stay and communication throughout the entire process. Bob was always available to answer all our questions, and was very quick to respond. One of the best we have dealt with over the years. The Havens properties are secure and quiet. As seniors we also appreciated the elevator service in the building. It is a short walk to the large pool and and Barefoot Resort is centrally located to access all the services and attractions in the area. This property is highly recommended and we look forward to repeating our visit here in the future. Thank you Bob and Jen for sharing your beautiful property with us.
