A two-story retreat awaits you, offered as an entire house from April to September. Each level boasts a family room and a full kitchen with an island/ breakfast bar. Full-size appliances, abundant counter space, and well- stocked essentials ensure easy family meal prep.

Bright windows envelop both family rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere with extra comfortable seating and an open concept around the dining tables.

Exterior stairs and inviting porches provide separate access to each level from both the front and back of the house. Covered porches beckon you to rock away while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

An outdoor shower makes the transition from the hot beach to the cool pool seamless that is also with hot water to add an additional shower area.

Dive into the amazing 32’ x 16' private pool (4' deep) and plan delightful family feasts around the grill on the pool deck. Laundry facilities, complete with a new washer and dryer, are conveniently located outside. Pool heat is available on request.

Photos are kept current and we are always planning for the next update project so you can have the best stay ever!!

Newly installed POOL HEATER, perfect for shoulder season (you won’t need it during summer, may-august) September-November and February-April heater is available and is $75 PER day extra to run.

We will be adding a hot tub soon! Stay tuned.

In the off-season, from September to March, MyPlace on holly is rented as The 19th Hole on the lower floor with a minimum stay of 4 nights with accomodations for large groups. Check-in is on Fri-Sat, and check-out is flexible with extended stay options available. Contact the host for special arrangements.

During the fall and spring, the home is available to book either the top floor or the bottom floor separately and are entirely very large separate units. Great for smaller groups or small families. Great for business travelers.

Please note, if you are a group of 10 or more, we will require that you reserve the entire home, regardless of season.
