We had a wonderful, relaxing 8 night holiday at Oblu Select Lobigili adults only resort. We stayed in an over the water villa, which was really nice. Loved the semi-outdoor ensuite area, with rain-shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our island hostess, Sarah Tha was very helpful in providing us with daily information and in planning our daily activities for us whilst we were there. Amazing holiday relaxing dream location gorgeous snorkelling lovely rooms friendly staff relaxing activities yoga kayaking games pool table tennis board games books relaxing beach couches fantastic food. Everything so well done just be prepared to pay a bit more for top quality.

From the day we landed till the day we left we were welcomed to the utmost. I can say enough about the staff there so nice pleasant and respectful and would go out of their way to make sure we were happy. The island itself was beautiful with plenty to do and not do if you want. Food was amazing and we tried everything couldn’t say anymore how much we loved all the cuisines.

We returned to Ihuru 40 years after our honeymoon. It was basic but great then .... Now it is fantastic and great!

My first time visiting a "tropical island" resort. I found the experience amazing, Meeru island resort had great waters, views, everything as expected from the pictures. Resort staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Smiles and greetings from everyone we walked past. Unfortunately my wife had a fall, broke her arm and required hospitalisation and surgery. The staff of the resort were fantastic, supportive and so caring. The resort is immaculate and has everything one could want from an island holiday in paradise. While the resort is of a high standard and maintained, the building safety standards are well below those in Australia. This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing.

Everything was perfect. We had amazing snorkelling all around the island, seeing turtles, rays, reef sharks and a gazillion beautiful reef fish with loads of lovely coral. The resort and spa were wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect.
