"Our family was in KC for a wedding. The property allowed us to gather in a homey atmosphere after not being together for 3 years. The owner was gracious and promptly responded to our communications. The property was designed with a modern, but relaxed interior and was inviting for the guests. It was clean and offered many unexpected amenities that made our stay exactly what I was hoping for our family after such a long time of being apart. The owner thought of everything that guests of all ages...

"The bathroom door didn't shut all the way and you could see through the gap. The curved shower curtain rod was loose, so the curtain didn't cover the entire shower area and ended up drooping in the middle. We had trouble getting to sleep because we could hear the room above us (creaky floor, talking/TV sounds). It made for a long night because it kept waking up my kid, who panicked thinking someone was trying to get into our room. On the bright side, the staff was nice and the pool area was...

"The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property...
