"They gave me a room that was occupied. Not fun to walk into someone else's room! The staff at the desk said the room was marked unoccupied in their system. It was hard to get them to understand that I wanted to make sure my new room was marked occupied in the system after they have me the keys. I didn't want anyone to walk into my room"
