"The cottage was cute,roomy and clean. The dock was perfect and you can watch the boat from the living room window in case any rough weather came up.The property was neat and quiet with a lighted gazebo to relax in at night. Dana was very easy to communicate with and offered us to text her if we needed anything. The price was absolutely reasonable. We brought our bikes and rode them to town everyday and we also got a walk in every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come there next year."

"The property was good. For the price, I would expect a little more, but it was adequate. The morning breakfast was good. The staff was a bit "hovering" over people, I'm not sure why. They will charge you $2.00 per day to have access to the hotel safe, which is a bit odd. You have to ask them to reverse the charge when you leave, so it will catch some people. I also don't like the new "trend" that hotels now have of not cleaning your room or bathroom every day, unless you ask them to. They spin this as respecting your privacy, when it really is a cost cutting measure. Even when asked to clean the bathroom and replenish the supplies, they have twice forgotten to refill the body wash container. Overall, a convenient location and a room/property that was good. It was loud at night because of the location next to the Bayfront Highway. They could have done better with the sound insulation due to that."
