"Absolutely DISGUSTING. We waited over 15-20 minutes for someone to get to us. You could tell our room wasn’t cleaned in a while. The soap was over half way gone in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The room even smelled like straight cigarettes, and we have proof of it. The sign on the door stated it was a non smoking room. Only 2 out of 4 lamps worked. The power strip in the room, had caught on fire at some point. VERY HIGHLY NOT Satisfied. The towel bar in the bathroom was broke. The tv didn’t work. There was mold in the window track. The chair was all torn and stained and gross. Both beds stunk so bad. Dirty tissue in nightstand drawer. The building itself is just falling apart."

"It's a pretty standard hotel masquerading as a castle. If you have ever skied before, this will be a huge disappointment. I'm not even sure I can call the slopes "hills", much less a "peak" Thankfully we visited off-season with the goal of staying someplace unusual and visiting Erie. We didn't use the pool/hot tub, nor the paintball course. It wasn't clear to us if the mini golf course was open. They did have a chairlift running and we saw one person using the ropes course. The onsite restaurant is aptly called the Bistro, with pretty limited, pretty average food. They seemed slightly overwhelmed, but they were dealing with a wedding rehearsal dinner while we were there. It's pretty quiet and adequately clean, if a bit worn. Also note that there is no elevator, but there are only two floors."

"I was unimpressed by the staff when I called to confirm my specific room type and they gave me the run around. We arrive 15 minutes before check in and told me my room type was available, but I was not given it. The room was in adequate shape, although the furnishings were tired and the breakfast had issues with cross-contamination of high allergy items. We will not stay here again."

"The hotel was musty in the hall ways no a/c running throughout building The room was not clean, refrigerator didn't work microwave was dirty dog hair under mattress, shower needed some scrubbing no shampoo or body wash bathroom door was hard to open cracked tile on floor .the fitness center did not have working a/c to hot to smelly to use could not get coffee was told it comes out with breakfast would not ever come back or recommend"

"Hotel definitely needs upgraded smell of smoke in the rooms along with mold . But the pool makes up for it!! My kids have a blast ever time we stay here.. just wish they would put back into the hotel what they get out of it ..it would be a beautiful hotel if they would just keep up with the maintenance"

"The room had such a strong dog odor it sickend and kept me awake. The manager came and sprayed air freshener on the carpets and floor, but within a half hour that foul odor came back. I felt I should have gotten a refund. Otherwise the facility was relatively clean. They should have some rooms set aside for non pet owners and should remove carpeting."
