"We stayed at this property with another couple for three nights in early June to visit Portland and Gloucester. The location was pretty good for being in between both places and visiting on consecutive days. The property was relatively clean but for a few pet stains in the upstairs bedroom. It was spacious and having access to a shared washer and dryer was nice. The pool table was also a nice touch. There were not enough towels We purchased two from Walmart and left them there. "We stayed while in the area for a wedding. Furnishings were a bit different than what’s pictured but all was in good taste and comparable. Comfortable beds. The building was very quiet and private. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. The area is beautiful and a short distance from scenic beaches and Portsmouth. Would gladly stay again. "
