I've already mentioned that I can't access their line contact for some reason, that was told 3 times to communicate via line. Obviously failed to listen
When I'm stuck outside, she even insist that I'll need to make payment before can enter... till I said I'll make the payment after putting my luggage. Totally a failed in handling simple operations and basic...
