"I got an email stating that we would get a welcome beer and $15 dollar credit for food. We did not get a beer or credit. I also booked a suite which showed a bath tub. 99% of the pictures show a bathrub in the room. We got a room with no bathtub. That was literally the whole reason i booked a suite. There was nothing exceptional about the room at all. The cable even cut out every few minutes when we sat down to relax. Would never spend that kind of money again for a basic room. "

"The hot tub was not working and this was the second double tree Hilton in two different cities that we have stayed at with this issue so it seemed strange and not a one off thing otherwise great stay both times! Clean and staff was super friendly! "
