"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "

"They were great. Was able to get me and my family in for 2 nights because our other hotel Hampton A/C broke and they would not fix. Hyatt was so much better and had more food and shopping to get to quickly."

"The front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great value and the waiter working there took great care of us. The pool facilities were nice, as was the gym and the parking lot was massive. Plenty of spots with a lot of convenient restaurants and stores in the area. "
