"The room looked newly refurbished but didn’t wow. The reservation was for 2 adults in a King bed room. There was only 1 luggage rack, only one set of bathroom soaps, no table for the sofa area. We had changed to this hotel from a Holiday Inn Express (same star rating) for our second night because of its location and the Holiday Inn was by far better. "

"We specifically went to view the fireworks for New Year's Eve. The hotel had a little gift for us upon check-in and the organization in getting the guests to a great viewing area was perfectly executed. I could not believe how well managed this was as well as the friendly attitudes the employees and the police offered for that entire evening. With the chaos all around, they did beautifully. I could not have asked for a better time or experience."

"We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, and unfortunately the only positive aspect was its location. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing. There was a strong bleach smell lingering in the hallways at all times, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself felt unclean, and the air conditioning unit appeared to have not been properly cleaned in a long time—it was visibly dusty. We stayed for three nights and experienced constant sneezing throughout our stay. This raised serious health concerns for us, and even after checking out, we have continued to deal with sore throats. Overall, the conditions did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."
