This should have been a perfect place to stay for the price. However, the WiFi was so poor to be virtually unusable; the main TV did not work, the faucet in the bath was loose; the mattress in the pull out sofa was thin; there was no dishwashing liquid or pods for the dishwasher so we could not clean ...

The house is very clean and spacious. Perfect spot on the river, about a 40 min float down to swampies. There are multiple kayaks and paddle boards for use.
