"The first room we got l, bathroom smelled like urine later on the dayI found a pad rapper behind the toilet, that ment they didn't even clean or moped the bathroom floor. Their were no pool towels ready to use they said we needed to wait 40min so they can dry. Beds are also so uncomfortable. 😭 so disappointed"

"I really love this hotel. It is so charming and the rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The restaurant is fantastic actually. I'm sad that they got rid of the big free breakfast bar, but you can still order good food off the menu. But it was fun to be able to order eggs anyway you like it from the breakfast bar. The staff is great. They're so helpful and kind. Everything is so clean and decorated very nicely. Not to be too picky, but the pictures in the room are awful."

"The staff did their job, my main concern when i got there is the additional $100 deposit fee I got charged. It’s been a week since I have stayed there and i have not been refunded that fee as they said they would refund as soon as I checked out; I’m still waiting. I talked to my bank and they said it’s up to the hotel company to process it and it should arrive soon to my account; I’m still waiting. If I don’t receive it by this following Monday I will be contacting both parties to again resolve this easy issue that is taking longer than told. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable, room was worth it simple and clean. My only issue is the their word on sending refund for deposit fee. I wouldn’t stay here again though, I have not had this issue with other hotels in the area."

"The service is lacking. We stayed there 7 nights, and the maid service only came one time to clean our room. I called the front desk two times to ask for a cleaning and they said they will clean the room but they never came to clean the room, until I went into the lobby to speak to someone at the front desk to let them know that nobody has come to clean the room. So the lady at the front desk scheduled for our room to be cleaned and the maid service finally cleaned our room on the 6th day of our stay. The customer service is very much lacking here at this Staybridge. I don't think I will stay there again. I also called the front desk on my last night there to request for a wake up call at 4:30am and the wake up call never came. Good thing I set my alarm on my phone."
