The check in and checkout process was smooth, the property was clean and stocked with necessary amenities (toiletries/kitchen products/ beach chairs and umbrella), and communication with the host was stellar. "We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! We recommend Cozy Place to others!"

"Everything was fine except the restaurant, it took a lot of time to get seated because no one was attending the front desk, then the waitress took an hour to bring our food out and then we had to leave because she never brought our food out."
