"I requested an accessible room, which I received upon check-in. The room was clean to the point of immaculate and spotless. However, the conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken, and the body lotion dispenser was removed from the bathroom wall. The door for the in-room fridge was warped on the bottom and did not close properly, so I propped an ottoman against it to keep it shut and cold. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was most helpful in addressing the room concerns expressed above. She was welcoming and polite throughout my stay. The checkout staff person at the conclusion of my visit was far less helpful. Several hotel guests were left waiting while the staff person was eating breakfast away from the front desk. I asked her for a receipt detailing my hotel charge and was given someone else's receipt, from 10 days prior. The free breakfast service was pleasant, providing an array of mini-omlettes, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt, juice, and flavored water. Despite the concerns I've mentioned, the hotel and property are well-maintained. I'd stay here again and hope management will address individual hotel room and personnel concerns."
