"The overall stay was good. The pool was very small for the size of the hotel and very congested, we decided to pass on using it. The staff were helpful and I liked how they had coffee around the clock. I wish there were more breakfast options, like hot eggs and meats, especially low carb options."
"The staff was very nice. Louisa was extremely helpful and very accommodating. There were a few things I wish we were more aware of - make reservations ahead of time before you leave for your vaca. The restaurant is booked solid and open to the public, so you won’t get the chance to dine there (even if you’re staying in the hotel itself) without reservations. The television reception was awful, the ac units are very loud in the room. The hotel is very old and very dated in many ways, but the view from the open porches is exceptional and and we enjoyed our time there."
"The hotel is nice and clean . You have to check in at the bright angel . The staff is not very nice there though . They were rude at the front desk and stood around talking and not wanting to help customers . Wd ate at the Arizona steakhouse which was was delicious , great view, and great service . However I do mor recommend eating at the Harvey cafe. The staff is so rude and they age extremely disorganized."
