The staff at the property was friendly, helpful and quick to answer any issue. The room was okay for the price. I mean it’s a red roof inn so nothing special but nothing bad either. The issue was in the first room there was no hot water so had to transfer after already unpacking. The second room had a shampoo dispenser that needs to be replaced. The hallway smelled of weed and there was someone with a dog that would not stop barking. They asked the person to leave not sure how that all worked out. Anyways if you need a place to crash that’s basic, this is a decent choice. They also provided complimentary snack bags and waters so A on that.

You indicated that the size and appearance of the hotel was not to your liking, which was disappointing to hear. In regard to charges, I researched your reservation and verified that a one hundred dollars security deposit was refunded to your MasterCard ending in 5626 on 03/27/2024. I'm not seeing any additional charges made to your card. It's also important to note that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please check back after the appropriate amount of time and let Red Roof know if you have any concerns what-so-ever. Excellent service and expedient check in/out process. Rooms were good, but the in-room appliance didn’t match (but that’s merely an aesthetic preference). I’ve stayed here twice and will continue to do so when I’m in town. Great access to getting on and off the tollway!

I entered my oven, I mean room, and the heater was on 82! Way too hot! In the room 10 minutes and all I can hear are the people next door. Not happy with that.

The staff was very accommodating. Upgraded our room without even being prompted by me. We needed extra blankets and towels and were at our room within minutes. We'll be staying here next year when we come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, Mia went out of her way to satisfy us she upgraded us to a superior room and the other team gave us snacks for our inconvenience when our cover came off our air conditioner, te rooms were very good and clean

I liked that my room had an air purifier, as well as a mini fridge and microwave. I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close all the way. I also didn’t like how noisy the housekeeping staff was when cleaning the room next to mine.

This was a no-frills motel room, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a clean place that I could come in go to bed. Watch TV if I wanted to turn out the lights and go to sleep. That’s exactly what I got. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in town. The only thing I will bring is my hairdryer. Everything else that you would need is in this little motel room. I really enjoyed it. I stayed right across from the elevator, but I was never once woken from any kind of noise or anything. I was very happy and will visit this place again in February .

The bathtub would fill up with water when taking a shower, toilet would not flush, yes it was pet friendly, but the dog keep us up, . Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Would not be staying Ever again
