"I paid through Expedia before arriving to see that there is construction happening at the hotel. The pool and hot tub are closed and the hot breakfast was not available. They had an alternative option for breakfast. Had I known about the construction via Expedia, I likely would have chosen somewhere else. The room had a note about the construction improving the building and they provided a few bottles of water, a kit that included ear plugs and a sleep mask, and a bag of doritos. Even if they weren't doing construction, I found the room not very sound proof. It was like being in a house, where you could hear people walking above you and the shower in the room next door. It was clean and I had a good sleep, which is all that counts but I don't think I would stay there again."

"The first couple of times we stayed at Travelodge we were very impressed. This trip we were very disappointed that they gave us a room on a floor where the ceiling plaster was falling on the floor in the hallways and they had buckets everywhere. The breakfast menu downgraded to very limited options which was disappointing. Then the last straw was that our room wasn’t made up after our first night. When we asked we were told that they only clean every 2 nights and the cleaning staff was gone for the day. They didn’t take out the garbage, make up the bed, clean the bathroom, replace coffee or give clean towels. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"The overall cleanliness was good, the first night check in was good, with the exception of the houseless people outside. I understand this is out of the hotels control but maybe have someone greeting guests at the door. Make people feel more comfortable. I have worked with houseless individuals so I am more understanding but many people may not be. I struggled to get in contact with reception from my room. They were constantly busy and couldn't take the call. Although two small bottles of water were supplied, reception had no means of filtered water available for guests. I left something in the fridge and it took SEVERAL calls to finally get answers. I was told to call next morning to speak with a manager but no manager was ever available. I was told a manager would call me back but this never happened and I had to call several times to speak with someone. It did get resolved but took a lot of time and hassle on my end."

"My son loves the pool. We got there at 245 and wish our room was ready though. Will be requesting an early check in next time. I had a very impatient toddler lol"

"As a newcomer to Regina, I stayed at this property for three months and had a lovely, cozy, and comfortable stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the location was reasonably close to the Grasslands shopping centre and the Sherwood Co-op food store.The host, Seyi, was just wonderful – incredibly kind and very welcoming. I would like to thank him for checking in on me throughout my stay, for always making sure the pathway to my door was cleared of snow, and for the very thoughtful Christmas treats that were left for me.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Regina."

"It is a hotel that was built when Regina was seeing better days. Nice brass, interesting decor. It is still reasonably clean, but definitely could use an upgrade. I don't want to complain- the staff is reasonably attentive, the parking is convenient and cheap, the location is good. Probably as good as it gets in Regina."
