Featuring four generous sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests, two large family living areas, alfresco dining, 4 bathrooms/WCs, fully enclosed rear yard and its absolutely pet friendly (upon application), which makes this enticing property appeal to families and groups alike all whilst offering stunning rural views.
Upstairs in the heart of the home you will find the open plan living, the kitchen comes fully equipped with stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery and every appliance you can think of, from a Nespresso coffee machine through to a slow cooker and everything in between.
Enjoy effortless cooking on the large freestanding gas cooker complete with other stainless-steel appliances.

A comfortable lounge area adjacent to the kitchen with a gas combustion heater, low line couches inviting you to enjoy relaxing evenings watching all the sports and movies you desire on the large 65inch TV.
Large floor to ceiling sliding doors opens out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco living. This gorgeous all seasons entertaining area comes complete with a large dining table, comfy lounge, BBQ facilities and the comfort and ease of electric blinds.

You really are spoilt for choice with this back yard, presenting a beautiful pizza oven located under a newly constructed pergola featuring festoon lighting, fire pit, manicured lawns fit for a golf course and its fully enclosed so that your little ones can roam free and making it pet friendly so that everyone can come on holidays!

This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing break away and was designed with comfort in mind, catering for all your needs and would suit all type of families, groups of friends, golfers, pet lovers and the list goes on.....The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space, the seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers for an easy connect for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.

In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and rabbits.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. Great location, house very comfortable for group of 7. Everything available. Just one thing, it is listed as 4 bathrooms, correct that it has 4 toilets, which was fabulous, but only 2 showers/bath, 1 upstairs in main bedroom/en-suite & 1 downstairs. Absolutely recommend this property.

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible, you can self cater with the lovely outdoor pizza oven or bbq available or just duck to the hotel as we did, due to the wet weather, and enjoy a night out.
