"In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! My husband and I had to take turn to leave the room when we want to use it. - the hotel did a fantastic job to notify us about options of parking. It was quite a task to drag our luggage up and down from the car park to the hotel along the cobblestone road. The hotel could have offered portal service to their guests especially for elderly guests"
