"The room was absolutely spectacular! We travel all over and this was one of our all-time favorite hotel, hotels, luxurious, beautiful refined. The staff was very charming, especially Mario the morning breakfast was lovely. The spa was really luxurious. My husband and I had a wonderful time in it. "Breakfast ok. Room was clean and comfortable. TV had no English speaking stations. Google maps showed hotel 0.4 miles away from actual location. Staff had difficulty telling me where property actually was, when phoned in with problem. Staff helpful in scheduling City tour, but when could not locate tour guide, had difficulty helping to make connection. "
