Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da Ferienwohnung außerhalb dem Stadt liegt, haben wir uns bei Rad Toni Fahrräder gemietet und konnten in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Fliegengitter. Bei der Abreise haben wir leider ein fűr uns wichtigen Gegenstand in der Wohnung vergessen. Dieser wurde uns netterweise nachgeschickt. Die Stufen zur Terrasse bzw. Eingangsbereich kőnnte optimiert werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung waren schon öfter da. Sehr gut ausgestattet, groß , Betten und Matratzen bequem. Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauch. In jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher. Schöne Terrasse. Toller Strand Abschnitt in ein paar Metern zu erreichen. Top kommen gern wieder. Guten Morgen, ein paar Anregungen hätte ich. Auf der Terrasse wäre ein Tor oder Sichtschutz bei den Stufen gut, damit Kinder und Hunde nicht von der Terrasse runter können. Da sehr viel Verkehr auf der Straße stattfindet mit hohen Geschwindigkeiten. Neue Bratpfannen wären gut. Fliegengitter bei dem Fenster an der Terrasse ( ist defekt) und zu guter letzt ein E Grill für die Terrasse wäre toll. Schön Abends mal den Grill anwerfen. Sonst war wirklich alles top . Würden nächstes Jahr gern wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist von der Größe her sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Unten befindet sich ein großes Ankleidezimmer mit genügend Stauraum für Wäsche und Koffer. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vor allem, dass die Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive ist, ist von großem Vorteil für eine Familie. Auch lassen sich Fahrräder und das Auto sehr gut abstellen an der Wohnung. Die Küche ist schön groß und verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte. Der einzige "Nachteil" besteht darin, dass die Wohnung nur ein Bad für 5-6 Personen hat. Vor allem nur eine Toilette zu haben ist für die Anzahl an Personen durchaus eine Herausforderung. Alles in allem überwiegen aber die Vorteile an der Wohnung, sodass der Punkt Badezimmer vernachlässigbar ist. Die Wohnung, vor allem das Inventar, sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und "abgewohnt". Der Teppich im Keller ist alt und fleckig, oben der Esstisch ist ziemlich abgenutzt und die Stühle gehen auch an der ein oder anderen Stelle kaputt. Wir würden als Anregung eine Renovierung und vielleicht ein paar neue Stühle empfehlen. Der Rest ist in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und insgesamt war die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand. In der Küche würden wir empfehlen, einmal das Besteck und die Küchenmesser auszutauschen, die Messer sind sehr stumpf. Auch die Bratpfanne ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Hier stimmen noch Preis und Leistung.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Objekt. Strand nah. Mann kann in der nähe gut Einkaufen und grössere Einkäufe können gut mit dem Auto gemacht werden
