"Die Wohnung liegt äußerst günstig zum Weststrand. Aussicht gibt es aus keinem Fenster. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind räumlich getrennt. Preis- Leistung ist für die Lage in Ordnung. W-Lan lief nicht, nur auf dem Flur. Die Wohnung ist so gut abgeschirmt so dass auch die LTE-Verbindungen nicht sauber laufen. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 70ern. Ich würde renovieren (das Bad nicht) und die Wand zwischen Wohnzimmer und Küche einreißen, das...
