Clean room, helpful staff, modern and beautiful. Air conditioning was a little noisy and hard to sleep if on at night. but everything else was amazing. Will definitely be stopping here again when visiting phetchabun

Nice little hotel in a more rural area.

It was very quiet when we were there, but the staff were kind and helped us out as much as they could.

nothing much to review as there isn't any other choice around this area. but the hotel is quite clean and maintained. no complaints. was here to attend a wedding in the near by village. food and market near by, other than that no other attractions

Potential but unfortunately...

The check in people didn't seem very interested. The room was booked as a double but had two single beds. When we complained we were given a key to the next floor which had no lights on. There was no bell hop and we had to take our bags up in a lift designed for bags and or disabled. It is not really a commercial hotel lift. When we opened the room with double bed it wasn't made up and had no bedside tables. A basic room. No free breakfast. We didn't know that there was a complimentary coffee voucher waiting for us each day until we asked about breakfast. The restaurant across the driveway had extremely basic breakfast and this is one thing that could do with a huge improvement. Why don't they offer a variety of food? Lots of potential but they don't seem ready for international guests. They don't speak English.
