"Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. Summary Worst property I have ever stayed in "

"The address is wrong so you cannot use Google maps to ping the actual hotel. Google sent us to The Tamarind Shop in downtown about two miles from the actual hotel. The staff did not speak English so it was very frustrating navigating the very busy city center. To get to the hotel you have to enter the Big C parking lot off of 21 south, turn out of the parking lot by the 7/11 and turn right down the road, go 100 yards to find the hotel. "It said that breakfast could be bought at the hotel. But even though they had the most beautiful places for it, it was not possible to buy breakfast there. The hotel looks nice, but the price are about 35% to high for the standard there. It’s not like it’s in the mountains but have a view to it. There was almost no guests there. "This hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road. Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me. It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!"

"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. Nothing was resolved and I had to pay a lot of extra taxi fees which not have been required had the hotel had been where it is shown on the map. If you book this hotel,...
