IA lovely traditional house, 2 minutes from the sea (which you can just about see from the front deck), and 5 minutes from a couple of restaurants and a couple of shops. I loved the chilled laid-back feel of Le Vieil.

No knives!

The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious.

Le logement est très bien placé à exactement 243 pas de la plage! Jean Jacques nous a très bien accueilli. Allez y les yeux fermés. Le coin est top!

Petite maison super bien située dans un quartier proche de toutes les commodités et des quartiers les plus sympas de l'île. Accueil agréable avec toutes les infos nécessaires. Les lits sont confortables. Ce qu'il faut savoir: forfait ménage draps à compter en plus (prévoir de l'argent comptant et au montant exacte). Nous avons choisi de faire le ménage nous même (montant assez élevé qui ne rentrait pas dans notre budget) et avons démarré la veille car la liste est exhaustive. Ne vous fiez pas à la météo, du mauvais temps était prévu 4j/7 et nous n'avons eu qu'une heure de pluie GROS MAX.

Petite maison très agréable à proximité de la plage. Alentours très agréable piur de belles balades. Logement très bien aménagé, même pour des enfants en bas âge (1 et 3 ans). Luxe calme et volupté

Un lieu propice à des vacances ressourçantes comme on les aime : maison de poupée confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée, à deux pas de la mer, et dans l'un des plus jolis coins de l'île. On adore Noirmoutier, nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés d'être au Viel. Merci !

Logement agreable, propre et bien situé

Le logement correspond bien a l annonce. Eien a redire sur la propriété. L emplacement est vraiment bien situé au sein du Petit Vieil. La plage à proximité n est pas la plus adaptée à la baignade, mais les plages des Dames, souzeaux et de l anse eouge se font tres bien a velo. Pour noirmoutier, ayant un enfant de 4 ans, nous y allions en voiture, mais ca peut se faire aussi a vélo. Petit bemol sans consequence, la chambre parentale est traversante pour aller a l etage dans la deuxième chambre, mais cela ne nous a pas posé de probleme (mais ce n est pas explicite dans l annonce). Maison très agréable. Très joliement meublée. Deux petites terrasses une devant et une derrière avec table et barbecue. L électroménager est de qualité. Attention la douche est très glissante. Je suis d ailleurs tombée des le 1er soir. A part cela nous avons passé en très bon séjour
