The garden is enclosed and south, the house is in a very quiet private street without transit.
Equipment brand new - complete renovation completed late 2015.
The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 adult and 1 bedroom children's bedroom (3 beds) convertible into second adult room.
Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.
The beach is 100m: beach access Mardi Gras in the cove of Clère - option activity for young children (sailing school, club mickey Old).
The village center of Old is 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes by bike.
Nearby shops and all services.
The center of Noirmoutier is 10 minutes by bike.
The house is near a Gratibus station with the city center and the ports of Noirmoutier and Herbaudière (period July / August)
