Ideally located, comfortable with a lovely decoration in the heart of a fishing village: The Old.
Everything is done on foot or by bike.
The beaches are very close and a Valdingo club is the smallest in July and August. The walled garden and terrace allows to enjoy the quiet sun. The house is not on the street. It must go through the entrance and parking lot owners to reach home and private garden.
A supermarket, is 50 m with fresh bread in the morning. Also a newsagent and 2 coffees.

Location très sympa avec salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Le préau est très appréciable pour profiter des repas dehors. Logement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire disponible. Situation tres pratique avec le Spar à proximité pour les courses d'appoint. La plage est accessible à pied.

cadre agréable, pas de wifi ni réseau téléphone, manque de propreté,(impossible de servir de l'aspirateur tellement plein de poussière) non adapté pour des personnes de 70 ans,pas de table, tabourets hauts inconfortables,poubelles extérieures déjà au 3/4 pleine. Dommage car jolie maison au calme

bâtiment protégé sur jolie cour interne , beaucoup de verdure et de calme . A quelques minutes de la plage à pieds , mais aussi proximité avec qqs magasins essentiels . Bon échange fluide et réactif avec hôte . Super séjour !

L’emplacement de cette petite maison est parfait Au fond d un terrain bien ombragé Et surtout au milieu du bourg avec mer et commerçants à proximité Logement équipé avec goût et très propre

Il faut le GPS pour pour retrouver le gîte. La propreté est très limite, les couettes sont plus que sales,pas de table,pas de télévision, le linge n'est pas fourni. L'accueil est nul.la photo qui se trouve sur votre cite n'est pas la photo du gîte

Séjour très agréable dans une petite maison très bien agencée. Idéale pour une famille de 4 En plein cœur du petit village du vieil et à proximité immédiate des plages de sable fin, nous avons pu tout faire en vélo et découvrir le charme de Noirmoutier On reviendra.

wir lieben die Insel! und haben uns im le Vieil und besonders in diesem Kleinode sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut durchdacht und die Ausstattung sehr zweckmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

La maison se trouve au milieu du bourg mais au calme. Sa situation permet de rayonner dans l'île à pied ou à vélo. Malheureusement, la maison n'est pas très propre et la terrasse est encore pire, non balayée, abritant un vieux bahut très sale qui prend toute la place. Pas de chaise pour s'asseoir, seulement des bancs, ce qui n'est pas très confortable. Dans la cuisine,il ne manque rien d'absolument essentiel mais l'équipement est spartiate. La connexion wifi a très bien fonctionné.

Au cœur du Vieil, au calme, petite maison décorée avec goût, jardin très agréable. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Accueil chaleureux et simple, facile. Un séjour prolongé garanti un beau moment. Les relations avec l’hôte sont aisées, nous recommandons cet hébergement où nous espérons revenir.

La maison est sympa dans son ensemble. Elle est assez bien équipée et surtout bien située au calme tout proche de la plage.

Séjour agréable, maison bien située, au calme, échanges faciles par mail avec les propriétaires, idéal pour les balades à vélo. Cependant un gros bémol quant à la propreté, c'est dommage !
