Access to the sea by a path at the foot of the house. Super-market, press, tobacco, restaurant and café 300 meters from the house in the village of Vieil (typical small village Noirmoutrin)

In the city of Noirmoutier, 10/15 minutes by bike: markets, harbor, supermarket, Aquarium, water park, cinema and other activities.

On the island, exploring the salt marshes and several smaller ports, cycling tours on many cycling.


In the house, on the ground floor lounge / dining room opening onto a terrace and garden. New furniture - Dining room equipped to receive 8 people. Lounge with 2 sofas, sofa bed 140, armchairs, flat screen TV. new kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sink; closets. Washing machine in the garage. Bathroom completely redone in 2014 with shower and sink. separate toilet. On the floor two rooms with cupboards, one with a bed of 140 and the other with a bed of 90 and a bed of 120. WIRELESS

L'emplacement est très bien, à 100 m de la plage et endroit tranquille à cette époque de l'été. L'extérieur de la maison demanderait un bon entretien avant la saison: herbes folles à couper. Mais globalement un bel endroit.

Petite maison de vacances fonctionnelle avec quelques petits dysfonctionnements: La fenêtre d'une des chambres est bloquée rendant la fermeture du volet acrobatique. La conciergerie est au courant du problème mais ne l'a pas signalé et n'a donc pas montré comment l'ouvrir.... Le volet arrière du salon est très détérioré , rendant sa fermeture cahotique. Apres discution avec la conciergerie le jour du départ, nous savons que ces réparations ont été commandées mais pas réalisées. Des toiles d'araignées, avec leurs occupantes, pendent dans tous les coins. Mais elles se sont peut-être installées apres le ménage qui ailleurs est correct mis à part les carreaux du rdc. Tout ceci ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon séjour, la situation de la maison par rapport à la plage étant idéale.

Situation parfaite à 2 pas de la plage et du centre village. Bonne maison bien équipée. Certaines choses à rafraîchir mais rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Séjour à Le Vieil Noirmoutier en l'ile

Belle location bien située et bien équipée, accepte les animaux de compagnies, jardin fermé, proche mer et centre village à pied avec commerces, petit marché de produits régionaux le samedi soir, proche ville de Noirmoutier en voiture, navettes gratuites pour les déplacements. La brasserie le rétro est un lieu très sympa à découvrir et à ne pas manquer. Frais de dossiers ABRITEL trop élevés (10 % du prix du séjour) pour moi ce n’est pas au locataire de les payer car on paye déjà un loyer élevé pour la semaine. Conclusion : belle location mais reste un peu cher même si elle est bien située et bien équipée. Cependant cela restera un bon souvenir car nous avons passé de belles vacances. Merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir permis de passer cet agréable séjour.

Sejour très appréciable

Location très bien située avec plage au bout du chemin, 7 min à pied du centre avec accès par la route ou par la plage ce qui est très agréable pour aller chercher son pain du matin au spar du centre ville. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut. La propriétaire tout comme la personne du gardiennage étaient fort sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Séjour agréable au bord de l'océan

Maison très bien placée pour explorer l'île à vélo, à 2 pas de la plage et très proche à pied du joli village du Viel. Echange très agréable avec Olivia la propriétaire, un peu moins avec la conciergerie qui pourrait faire un effort dans ses communications mais qui a néanmoins fait son job. Ensemble fonctionnel avec un garage et terrain clos très pratique pour vélo et chien. Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable !

Super séjour

Maison bien située dans un quartier calme et très proche de la plage. Equipement complet avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le jardin bien clos était parfait pour nos deux labradors. Nous avons apprécié le garage pour y ranger les vélos électriques que nous avons loués. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la maison d'Olivia.

Die Lage Top der Rest ein Flop

Das Häuschen ist nett und die Lage hervorragend. Anzuraten ist eine professionelle Grundreinigung des Hauses, auch wäre es wirklich erforderlich neue Tischdecken auszulegen,kleiner Kostenfaktor mit netter Wirkung. Auch Geschirr und Besteck scheint eher vom Flohmarkt. Der Garten ist ungepflegt so wie auch das Innere des Hauses , der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt!!!

Très belle maison de vacances idéalement située près de la mer

Beau jardin arboré Maison très bien équipée et confortable La présence d'un garage contigu à la maison faisant office de débarras est très pratique. Que des points positifs un seul bémol : l'absence de toilettes à l'étage.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La proximité de la plage a 50 m,moins fréquentée que les autres , est un vrai plus. Situation idéale près du charmant village du Vieil et a 5 mn en velo de Noirmoutier.
