  • House located at the end of a dead end, completely renovated in 2019, including a fully enclosed terrace, very sunny.
    This house is composed of two large bedrooms of 12 m2 approx. , a large living room, an equipped kitchen with glass roof, a bathroom (walk-in shower and two sinks).
    Free shuttle 2 minutes before the dead end (during high season), towards the beaches and the city center.

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour dans cette maison très bien agencée et située. Comme elle est au fond d'une impasse, c'est tres calme de jour comme de nuit. Location de vélos juste à côté, centre ville et plages proches. Effectivement tout peut se faire à vélo ! La communication a été parfaite avec l'hôte qui est très réactive et sympathique. Je recommande à 100%. Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Très bon séjour avec une hôte très accueillante!

Partis une semaine en avril. Super emplacement car à 5 minutes à pied des commerces mais vélo obligatoire pour aller à la plage située à 1,5 km (sauf si vous avez des enfants qui marchent bien!). Logement nickel et fonctionnel. Pascale est très gentille et disponible: elle m'a renvoyée ma clé usb que j'avais oubliée pendant nos vacances! Merci encore!... super séjour!

Location idéalement située entre plage et centre ville, au calme au fond d’une impasse. Accueil très chaleureux avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Tout peut se faire à vélo et nous en avons bien profité. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances. Le soleil est arrivé tardivement mais cela nous a permis de nous poser et nous reposer. La maison est très joliment décorée. Et le voisinage très discret. Entendre les mouettes dans la journée nous a permis de nous évader.... Pascale est toujours dispo pour la moindre interrogations, c est très appréciable. Noirmoutier est propice aux balades.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Pascale. La maison est idéalement située: proche de toutes les commodités (tout peut se faire à pied) et à proximité des plages. Elle est parfaitement équipée et est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Enfin sa terrasse est un véritable plus pour profiter des journées ensoleillées En un mot, nous recommandons vivement la maison de Pascale.

Sympathique maison lumineuse, de plein pied avec 2 chambres. Cuisine spacieuse (très grand frigo-congélateur), belle salle-de-bain avec WC séparé, séjour spacieux, WiFi rapide. Terrasse ensoleillée. Tout se fait à vélo. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Propriétaires sympas et bienveillants!!! (Demandez leur pour la pêche aux palourdes!).

Super emplacement, beau séjour.

Maison entre le centre-ville et les plages, tout se fait à vélo facilement même avec de jeunes enfants. Chouette terrasse fermée et ensoleillée, la maison est calme et bien équipée. Stationnement facile, commerce de proximité à 100 mètre à pied, bref un beau séjour. Et noirmoutier c est toujours une bonne idée !

La location proposée est agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle. C'est une maison bien équipée et très bien entretenue qui offre un grand confort pour des familles. Que du bonheur

Très proche du village de Noirmoutier tout se fait à pieds ou à vélo. De nombreuses plages proches également. Il ne manque rien dans cette location vraiment ravissante et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympas et à l'écoute de leur locataire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
