    The advantages of this rental by the sea: Close to the beach and all amenities, you will appreciate this house. Enclosed garden, garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha. End of stay cleaning included

Etat général extérieur et intérieur déplorable!Allure d'une maison abandonnée: Volets très écaillés et tellement en mauvais état que nous n'avons pas osé les ouvrir (chambres)! terrasse et marches sales et enherbées...vélos rouillés et table de ping pong cassée : inutilisables dommage !Intérieur: Odeur persistante de vieux, de renfermé. Agencement très vieillot, sale surtout (tapis, vitres, meubles...) n'inspire pas confiance...cuisine encombrée avec vaisselle digne d'une brocante; moisissures...(flexible de douche)...et pas de prise de terre ! stop ! il y a trop à dire...seul atout: la proximité de la mer... Dommage car cette maison avec son jardin a un excellent potentiel (grands espaces).
