Recent family house of 120m2 located in a calm environment of the island, between Noirmoutier - in the island and the beach of Sableaux.
The house overlooks a typical Noirmoutier marsh
It is accessible from a dead end where it is easy to park.
It is 20 mins walk from Noirmoutier town center and 5 mins by bike. The nearest beaches are accessible on foot and by bike in 10 minutes
