The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

very weak water pressure, but came right away to try to fix the problem, and made it better - I appreciated it.
noisy - I did not know that area is that much busy traffic area.

Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered.
Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. I hope they get acknowledged and rewarded for their hospitality excellence. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
