"The room was great once I got there. This hotel is displayed as Sunrise Hotel Jumgmun on NAVER or Google as Sota only handles some of the rooms. It’s a completely virtual check-in process with no advance communication. Luckily the concierge at Sunrise Hotel was there and was able to call them for me and talk in Korean to get me checked in. "I stayed in this hotel for my bday celebration. The rooftop was gorgeous! It was the highlight of the trip. Breakfast is good, but the line is long. There’s a massive bathtub in the living room area which I liked. However, the hotel is super new, so they will need a lot of coordinations in their services. Check-in was slow, staff didn’t know enough about their own facilities. I’m sure they will get there eventually and it has a lot of potential in a great location. "
