"Hotel was clean and convenient for our road trip headed toward Sorrento. Not a lot of dining options nearby, but we had a car. Beds/pillows weren't real comfortable, but it was fine for a 1 night stay. Overall, nice property "

We stayed for a week with our two young children and honestly, everything was perfect. The resort is immaculately clean – spotless throughout – and the rooms are beautifully maintained. "This was the off season, but the staff was attentive and when this place is all in bloom, it will be over the top. Might have to come back in spring or summer. Great venue for weddings. Thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary trip to the area. "

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."

"I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."
