Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service
We would never return.
Otherwise the
Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar.
Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork.
Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals.

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities and food are excellent, but the air conditioning in the room did not cool and we could not use the safety box because it had no batteries.
The hotel is beautiful and the beach amazing, the problem is that you have to pay to use it. The pool seems to be great but you can't swim without a cap, and they don't provide one (not available to buy or rent either).
The hotel is a wedding location so fireworks at 2am and loud music every night during my stay (4 nights in August).
Not a tourism relaxing hotel, the focus is weeding party and guests.
If you do not book directly it is a charge of €40 to use beach loungers, if you are lucky to get a spot. The resturant has only 2x meat and one vegaterian option for a menu thats is over 10 pages across the 2x resturants. The main resturant food was very bland. Check out is at 10:30 and you have to haggle to use the pool for a couple of hours despite checkin being 1500. They just need to make a few options to be perfect

Pleasant 4-star-hotel with very supporting staff
The hotel has been refurbished very nicely until April 2018 showing up now as a well-equipped modern facility - unfortunately not 100% ready concerning the hotel bar and some of the beach facilities.
The staff is the biggest asset of this Resort - always friendly and supportive, willing to provide any assistance needed.
A real problem for hotel guests - not mentioned in hotel descriptions yet - may be the on-going celebrities in the "Mamamare Club", which is located in the same building - mainly used for weddings. Hotel guests might not like disco music and fireworks until late in the evening almost every day/night.
I had read the reviews about the rudeness of staff, and unfortunately experienced it during our stay. The restaurant and beach bar staff are very nice, but the reception staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. We had booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly, but on arrival were told we could not have our two standard poodles in our room, their policy is 10 lbs weight limit. After consultation with manager, we were told we could stay if we took another room that was not seaview as I had booked, and over $300 more for two nights. After much discussion back and forth, they finally let us stay in the room we had booked. Needless to say, this was not a good start to our stay. The facilities are very nice, but the rooms are tiny.
We had booked 14 days at Cumeja - Beach Club & Hotel. Sadly, it turned into the worst experiences we've ever had at a hotel.
When we arrived, our room was in a disgraceful state: used towels, hair in the shower, and a general lack of cleanliness. At the bar, glasses were not properly washed; the staff simply rinsed them briefly and served drinks in visibly dirty glasses.
Worse still, there were loud parties on the premises with music and shouting until late at night, making sleep impossible. We woke up to empty bottles and glasses scattered everywhere. What was meant to be a peaceful getaway felt more like chaos.
We decided to leave early the next morning, as it was impossible for us to enjoy our stay under such conditions. We requested a refund for the remaining days we did not use. Not only did the hotel refuse to refund us, but they also tried to intimidate us into staying silent — making it clear they did not want us sharing our experience publicly.
We are sharing this review precisely because no guest should be treated this way. A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment and handle complaints professionally, not with threats. We strongly advise against booking a stay at Cumeja - Beach Club & Hotel

Bocciato.

Petit déjeuner très varie et frais
Excellent rapport qualité prix

Isola felice a Baia Domizia.
Ambiente tranquillo.
