"Perfect room for the price. The room was very clean and I think they may have remodeled the interior recently. Most important, it DID NOT SMELL!! Most places claiming 'non-smoking' rooms smell of smoke covererd in perfume. The microwave, frig and TV worked great. Front desk lady was very nice. It was so much better than places we stayed that were twice as much on this trip. Felt safe."

"Deanna was quick to answer my questions. The weekend was wonderful! If you’re looking to get away for a quiet, relaxing weekend, this is a great location. Loved the watching the surprise rainstorm from the wooden rockers from the covered porch!"

"Very good stay, the room was ok. The sheets was a little dinge. The breakfast was very good, and the attendant was excellent. The area was clean and fresh hot food on the bar always. I was sick one night and had to forfeit my hundred deposits. I felt that I should been half. Just didn't felt like complaining. I will go back again."

"This was my husband and I first time to caddo lake and we love to fish and this place was perfect. The only downfall and this has nothing to do with the houseboat itself but it is docked at a boat dock that is also part of uncertain lodge so you never know what kind of people will be utilizing the boat dock while you are there. We didn't have any problems but there were some young kids utilizing the boat dock and was playing loud music and not respectful that we were in the house oat trying to sleep. That will always be a hit or miss with that. Otherwise everything was a dream for my husband and I."

"The house was super clean. Comfortable beds and beautiful scenery from the porch. We were concerned about the mosquitos that we thought might be really bad that close to the water but it was the opposite. Never even unpacked our bug spray. We will go back again."

"This place was exactly what my family needed! Afforable, beautiful and SO much fun! If you want to catch fish, this is the place! Perfect for kiddos to play and run around! The host was very swift at responding to any of our questions. Very clean & peaceful! 10/10 Would recommend!!!!"
