As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you...

"Due to the recent typhoon things were not up to their usual standard, Im sure. Leaves blowing in pool, internet and power in and out with generator backup. Overall the pool was lovely, restaurant had good food, rooms were very nice and felt high end compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly. "

"Had an incredible stay with my family at Bahala Na. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful with planning our stay and daily activities. Villa was really comfortable and we loved the convenience of the in-room menu which had so many yummy options for kids as well. Great location, with only 5mins drive to Lio Beach and many restaurants, shops and activities. Will definitely be back!"
