Nestled in the heart of Château Périès, this cottage of character elegantly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern comfort. A few minutes from Béziers, Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches, the cottage offers you a warm atmosphere in a green setting.
Vineyards, Canal du Midi, historical heritage... Everything is at your fingertips.
Your four-legged friends are welcome. A place where history meets modernity for an unforgettable interlude in the middle of nature.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a friendly living space with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a table and chairs for pleasant meals, a cosy lounge for your moments of relaxation and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area awaits you with two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an additional toilet. A layout designed for your comfort and privacy, where each room combines functionality and a gentle way of life.
The cottage has everything you need for a successful stay, whether you come to recharge your batteries with your partner, family or friends.
You will have access to the entire cottage during your stay.
On the other hand, for bookings of one or two people, one room remains closed in order to optimise your comfort and the maintenance of the premises. The second bedroom as well as all the other areas of the cottage remain entirely at your disposal.
For reservations of three or four people, both rooms are open to you.

The Gîte de la Cour is located in a private domain steeped in history. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being in the immediate vicinity of the amenities and major tourist sites of the region.
Parking is available on site for your vehicle.
Your pets are welcome at no extra cost. We simply ask that you behave in their manner and respect the premises.
