Logement tres agréable et chambre confortable. Petit bemol sur le puits de lumière au milieu de la pièce non occultable. Donc lumiere du jour dès 5h30 du matin!!! Porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas. Et lors de la premiere nuit j'ai subi deux "beaufs alcolisés" vivant sur la terrasse au dessus de la chambre qui ont refait le.monde jusqu'à minuit 30. Je les entendais comme s'ils etaient dans la chambre !!

Très bel accueil. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et très confortable, décorée avec goût, salle de bain et WC privatifs, aucun bruit la nuit. Cuisine partagée très bien équipée. A proximité immédiate de la gare et proche des lieux de restauration.

Un hébergement convivial et confortable

L'hébergement est très agréable, à 3 mn à pied de la gare dans une rue tranquille, des chambres grandes et confortable, et des espaces partagés conviviaux, notamment une grande cuisine où l'on peut préparer ses repas ou travailler. A recommander si vous séjournez à Niort.

Entre la chambre d hôte et l hôtel

Tres bonne communication avec Mira qui envoie toutes les informations avant l arrivée. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Pratique car à 2 min de la gare et 15 du centre ville. Cuisine tres bien aménagée à partager ou l on peut prendre ses repas. Point negatif pour moi : tres mauvaise isolation sonore, on entend les voisins mais également les personnes qui mangent (à toutes heures) dans la cuisine. La lumière de la cuisine et de la rue rentrent dans la chambre ce qui est derangant quand on aime dormir dans le noir.

ATTENTION !!!! Fausse Communication C'est pas des appartements, c'est des chambres dans un appartement, vous avez votre chambre, sdb, sinon tous le reste est communs. Aucune intimité dans les toilettes, porte avec des carreaux transparent qui ne se ferme meme pas vue qu'elle est coulissante. Chauffage ne fonctionne pas malgré l'intervention. Il fait trés froids, la couette ne suffit pas, elle est fraiche, les coussins ne sont pas du tous confortable ni le matelas d'ailleurs. Il n'y a aucun SPA NI SAUNA, si vous voulez un massage il faut attendre aprés 17h30, pour que la personne vienne et qui n'est jamais venue. Entrée non eclairée, alors si vous arrivez le soir c'est une peur bleue, vue que l'endroit est deserté. A fuir
