"I will leave 5 stars with an asterisk. We checked in and they gave us room 252 which landed JUST above the lobby/automatic door leading to the other building. You will hear that door open and close 24 hours a day. Also, that particular side is quite loud with everyone checking in, hanging out by the courtyard, etc. Do yourself a favor and ask for a room that is on a higher floor and far away from that part of the building. Once we moved, the stay was much more pleasant. The bed was even softer in the new room. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle but otherwise, it was a great stay! Oh, also... the staff was SUPER friendly. Every single one. Thank you!!"
