  • This magnificent house is nestled in the middle of the scrubland while being at the gates of the city.

    By its beauty, it brings you tranquility and relaxation.

    The house which begins with an electric gate, on a magnificent wooded plot, offers a large entrance with a guest toilet, a dining room open to the living room, the master bedroom and its bathroom, one bedroom and the fitted kitchen.

    Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms with a toilet and a bathroom.

    Outside you will find two patios, one for table tennis/teleworking, the other dining/relaxing open to the magnificent swimming pool.

    One outbuilding will allow you to get away a little and the other will allow you to do some storage.
    Other remarks
    The house is a few minutes drive from the city, 20 minutes from Uzes and the Pont du Gard, 30 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Cévennes.
