The Pavillon is a gorgeous and comfortable accommodation classified 4 stars, in the heart of Nîmes.
- Historic building, former residence of the Marquis de Valfons (17th century) - Ideally located in the historic center: 30m from the Arena and the main bus station, 5 minutes from the train station. Complimentary access to Arena's underground car park, 3 minutes away. - Secure and peaceful in a quiet environment with comfortable bedding. - Relaxing with its private garden and private furnished rooftop terrace. - Fully furnished with high-end amenities, air conditioning, and refined décor. - Cleaning included at checkout.
THE ACCOMMODATION The Pavilion is an independent 45m2 accommodation located in a patio of architectural and historical building; former residence of the Marquis de Valfons (XVIII century). He own his private garden 80m2 in ground floor and its private rooftop 23m2 on the 2nd floor accessible only by pavillon's indoor stairs.
It is officially rated 4 stars.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (convection oven with microwave option, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). It has its own Wi-Fi Ethernet network. The laundry area is equipped with and washing machine, iron, and Dyson vacuum.
The open mezzanine on the first floor, with air conditioning and a vaulted ceiling of exposed stone, is dedicated to the bedroom area with its own shower room/WC.
Comfortable 160x200cm bed with an Epeda mattress and 100% cotton linens. For those with mobility issues: access to the mezzanine is via the main staircase, which is not equipped with a handrail (or, alternatively, the internal spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace) The house's thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it has been recently renovated with high-performance materials and double glazing to meet energy efficiency standards. Plus, you'll have AirCon.
You will enjoy the sun ouf south of France with a refreshing drink in complete privacy! Our intimate rooftop with sofas, sunbeds and umbrella on the second floor is perfect if you're looking to catch some rays unwind with a drink, this is the place to be!
CLEANING: To ensure you fully enjoy your stay, cleaning is included after your departure.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The architectural wonders of Rome are just steps away, making this an ideal location for exploring the city without a car.
For those driving, parking is available in the underground garage with electric vehicle charging stations, located just 150 meters away.
The train station is also a 5-minute walk, the main bus stops are 50 meters away, and several supermarkets and grocery stores are nearby.

L’endroit est magnifique .dans un cadre ancien j’ai profité d’un logement confortablement renové que j’adore. Un calme inoui si pres de l’ecusson c’est merveilleux.l’accueil etait tout simplement adorable avec surprise faite maison a l’arrivée. Le lit est confortable et le beding est chaleureux et douillet. J’y ai ete tres heureuse,c’est très authentique j’adore.!
Enchantés par ce séjour : le gîte est beau, bien équipé et très confortable, situé dans un lieu chargé d'histoire, au coeur de Nîmes dans un joli écrin de verdure, et au calme. Magali et Frédéric sont des hôtes sympathiques, à la fois discrets et prévenants. Nous recommandons sans réserves le joli Pavillon !
