The hotel is wonderful - full off character and charm but still offering all the modern comforts. Location is perfect - easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. The staff were very professional and Pierre was exceptional. He welcomed us to the hotel with a huge smile and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We just had a fabulous time in Nimes and loved staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable.
Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...

This is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had. Location fantastic - not in the tourist area, but still in the old section and only 5 min walk to all the action, plus a fab patisserie and a mini-supermarket around the corner. Staff were amazing - stored our bikes safely, and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation itself was just brilliant, we were lucky enough to be in one of the self contained flats and it was gorgeous, cosy, super clean and comfortable and had everything...

The Hotel was very welcoming, even when we asked to change rooms because we had been allocated a smoking room, this was not a problem for them. We had a wonderful buffet dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the pool and spa. When we booked in for a beauty treatment this was very professionally done. Great range of treatments for those who have been on the road a while.

A country hotel with some old-world charm but youthful and enthusiastic service. The restaurant is the logical place to eat and a charming poolside location in which to enjoy the long summer evenings. Service was slow, but OK if you're in no hurry.
Security is strong on the site. with a code for the front gate required from 10pm and another for the building access.

I was upgraded at no cost, rooms clean, amenities change everyday if required. Breakfast provided. Opposite the train station, extremely easy to get to.

Being a 3 star it was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. Although restaurant under our window it was very quiet. Close to all tourist attractions and opposite the Temple. The continental breakfast was very good. Good value for money.

Great place to stay. Location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to the good stuff and convenient to the train station.
Staff extremely welcoming and super helpful.
The only drawbacks are the shower head, which must be held by hand when showering.
