The studio is located on the ground floor, without lift of the ANTONIN house.
All comforts, sheet and towels included, kitchenette.....
No wifi but very good 4G connection.
It is located 5 minutes from the historic centre.
Bus stop at the bottom of the building.
Free parking in front of the residence.
Two laundry areas are available with washing machine and dryer.
Pets not allowed
House rules:


-The reception is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. at 16 rue Vincent Faiïta, all travellers must arrive at the same time. Any arrival after will not be possible and postpones the entry to the next day after 10 a.m. No refund will be made for the night(s) lost.

A security deposit of 500 e is required upon arrival which will be returned on the day of your departure.


- Entirely non-smoking building except in the inner courtyard, non-compliance with this rule leads to the end of the stay and the non-refund of the rest of the reservation. Checks can be made throughout the stay at any time in case of doubt. It is not allowed to smoke anything other than tobacco in the courtyard (cbd and illegal drugs not allowed)


It is not permitted to bring and use nitrogen protoxide in the residence, cylinders left on site will incur a charge of 20 e per cylinder


Alcohol is not allowed in the yard.


- No noise pollution at any time.


-No visitors possible except the people mentioned in the reservation, non-compliance with this rule results in the end of the stay and the non-refund of the rest of the reservation. Checks can be made throughout the stay at any time.


- always specify the exact number of travellers because the second traveller incurs an additional 10 e per day of reservation, if we notice ourselves that additional visitors or travellers have come the increase will be 20 e per day of reservation.


It should be noted that it is not allowed to invite (for any duration, even to accompany) anyone and that the reservation is for you and no one else, no exception will be made.


A physical identity document (no photos on the phone or other dematerialized) will be requested for all occupants and there must be a match with the first and surname appearing on the reservation.
No reservations will be accepted for another person.


-30 e for an arrival before 3pm if I can be there before and the accommodation is ready.


-30 e for an arrival after 9 pm according to my availability, if I cannot be there after this time, the entry will be postponed to the next morning after 10 am


It is not possible to adjust the reversible air conditioning, the temperature is at 20 deg for the heating period and 25 deg for the air conditioning period. It is forbidden to touch the settings of the device.
No other appliances may be brought from those provided in the accommodation.


Do not touch the refrigerator thermostat to avoid creating additional frost.
It is important to leave doors and windows closed to keep the temperature inside.
The air is renewed thanks to ventilation.
As specified in the ad, it is requested not to cook causing odours (no fried foods, fish, spices, etc.) as the apartment is small and odours persist. Fees will apply of up to 500 e to remove kitchen odours.


Pets are not allowed.


All the instructions of the accommodation will be given when entering the premises, I remain available by phone from 8 am to 7 pm.


The cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning of the studio only. It is requested that the bins be thrown in the corresponding bins, the sheets removed and put on the floor.
Glass waste must be taken to the bins provided for this purpose on Place Jean ROBERT, located 100 m from the residence.
