"The hotel location is excellent. The staffs are very helpful, polite and courteous. The room is clean and if requested they change the bedsheets. Not all amenities were provided especially for facial treatment. "
"The room was clean and comfortable, separate toilet and shower. The location is perfect, close to subway, a lot of things are reachable by walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered to keep our luggage for free there after check out. I definitely recommend it and would love to return there again."
"The room was much larger than I expected - for Japan. There was a little kitchen/dining room area. The bedroom included 5 beds - with 2 as bunk beds, and a little table with a built in L-shaped couch. There was a large walk in closet. The washer included in our room was pleasantly a clothes dryer, too. Detergent was provided by the hotel. Free drinks were in the lobby along with a full array of various toiletries for the taking in the lobby for guests. Lawsons was downstairs. It was an 8 min walk to Namba station which connected to anywhere we needed to go. "
"The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly and try extra hard to make you happy. The amenities are fantastic. The location is very good and there is even a family mart in the building.
The breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar is lovely.
This is the best hotel qe satying on on our trip. The premium rooms are qorth the money."
