Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing...

"The apartment was well stocked with all essentials. We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. The area is incredibly beautiful so we enjoyed exploring and returning to a lovely apartment at the end of each day. Our only complaint - if you can call it that - was that it would have been helpful to have instructions in English for us non-German speakers. "After I was able to locate the key ( a little tricky, lock box is on the left side of mail boxes and hard to see) And found the door they are for ( it has very little sign with the flat nick name) everything after that was easy like a breeze. .
