We had an enjoyable stay in this relatively quiet town of Lyss. The room comfort was great considering the age of the building, and the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Situated in an excellent location close to both the train station and the centre of the city, Hotel Elite was a good choice for me. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are some aspects of my room that were looking a bit tired. For example, the grout in the bath/shower tiles had signs of mildew and the gauze curtains at the door to the balcony had yellowed with age.

Everything was perfect- great location, helpful team, nice and clean room and healthy breakfast!! I definitely want to stay here again !

The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. The concierge staff had the car ready ahead of time and were quick to help with our luggage. The staff at the reception and in hotel restaurant - Jack’s Brasserie were also wonderful. You can't go wrong booking this hotel. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station, in the heart of shopping area, and easy to get to the Roseharyen and museums. The staff were lovely and went out of their way, Manuel the doorman saw is walking down the street with our bags and ran to help us with them. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished. I highly recommend when you are in Bern.

Overall a very pleasant stay in a tidy hotel where they staff were very helpful. The building itself is in great condition for an older hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Very Covid aware and ensured that rules were applied.

A seemless experience staying here. From check in to check out, it was bang on. Would highly recommend this unique and modern setup!

Excellent staff who were so accomodating. We arrived near 10pm at night and were provided with an exceptional meal immediately. Friendly efficient and perfectly located hotel.

Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.
