"Parking was directly in front of the room and well lit at night. Room was nice, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was extremely clean while the towels need to be replaced. They weren't bad, just a little thin. Didn't really have any interaction with the staff other than the front desk, but the one house cleaner we did ask for something was extremely helpful and very very sweet! For the price, I would def come back! "

"This house is gorgeous and spacious with so much room to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was so well stocked with any possible item you needed. Easy walk to the beach and a gorgeous setting. We came for several days for a team retreat and had the best time."

"Kitchen was well-stocked and helpfully labeled. Could use a reorg, as it seems items have migrated to non-intuitive places over time (pots and pans were by the stove, the corner cabinet and the hall closet.)Master suite was lovely and we also loved the grill/patio set-up. "

The home is in a very central Cape Cod location making it easy for us to have maximized our vacation to see and enjoy everything from the lower to the upper cape and Martha’s Vineyard. We highly recommend a trip to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and Chatham. Eat at Caroline's nearby and hit as many ice cream places as time permits, esp if you’re from California like we are, as nothing beats the local fresh dairy creme out there! The beaches nearby are incredible, especially at low tide..we were out seemed like a mile into the ocean walking around which was so unique and fun! The sunsets were amazing..at the beaches and right from the awesome backyard deck of this cool property. Beds were comfy, everything was thoughtfully stocked and having the grocery store and the yummy burger and shakes place literally within steps is a huge plus for family vacations. Thank you for a great stay! "

"More lighting is needed in the kitchen. Need light over the sink in kitchen. Need measuring cups. Need dressers for clothes. Rug in living room needs a good cleaning. Good location to the beach and surrounding amenities. "

"We could not have been happier with this property. It worked well for everyone, from 24-year-olds to people in their 70s. It offered space to spread out and not be on top of each other. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was amply supplied and included two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The pool area was perfect and expansive views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year."
